The hotel rooms were lovely and offered great views, but being in renovation led to an outdated design with old furniture that didn't quite justify the price for a 3-star hotel apartment stay. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to the Egyptian girl managing Palmarie restaurant and the accommodating staff during our experience. As for the location, it was good, convenient for exploring the surrounding restaurants, although there were some noise disturbances that could be bothersome. The dining experience was mediocre overall and could be improved. However, the facilities offered were satisfactory.

The staff, including Mark at the front desk and Mr Walid and Mr Louay, were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The location was central with various facilities nearby, making it convenient for short stays. The dining experience offered a nice variety, but there were some delays in service.
